Cookie Information

The following cookie policy is protected by copyright held by IAB Poland.

The Service does not automatically collect any information, except for the information contained in cookies.

Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, that are stored in the end device of the Service User and are intended for use on the websites of the Service. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time they are stored on the end device, and a unique number.

The entity placing cookies on the end device of the Service User and accessing them is the operator of the Service:

Lamiro s.c. I. J. E. Roszczyk, ul. Gościnna 12, 05-230 Kobyłka, Poland.

Use of Cookies

Cookies are used for the purpose of:

  1. adjusting the content of the Service's websites to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of the websites – in particular, these files allow the User’s device to be recognized and the website to be displayed properly, tailored to the User’s individual needs;
  2. creating statistics that help to understand how Users of the Service use the websites, which enables the improvement of their structure and content;
  3. maintaining the User’s session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter the login and password on every subpage of the Service.

Within the Service, two main types of cookies are used:

  • “session” cookies – temporary files that are stored in the User’s end device until logging out, leaving the website, or closing the web browser;
  • “persistent” cookies – stored in the User’s end device for the time specified in the parameters of the cookies or until they are deleted by the User.

The following types of cookies are used within the Service:

  1. “necessary” cookies, enabling the use of services available within the Service, e.g., authentication cookies used for services requiring login;
  2. cookies used to ensure security, e.g., used to detect abuses in the field of authentication;
  3. “performance” cookies, allowing the collection of information about the way the Service’s websites are used;
  4. “functional” cookies, allowing the Service to remember the User’s selected settings and personalize the interface, e.g., regarding language, region, font size, or website appearance;
  5. “advertising” cookies, allowing the delivery of advertising content more tailored to the User’s interests;
  6. “statistical” cookies, enabling anonymous analysis of User behavior within the Service.

In many cases, the software used to browse websites (web browser) allows cookies to be stored on the User’s end device by default.

Service Users can change the cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed in particular to:

  • block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings;
  • inform about each placement of cookies on the User’s device;
  • manage consents for specific categories of cookies using the CookieBot tool available on the Service’s website.

Detailed information about the possibilities and methods of handling cookies is available in the settings of the software (web browser).

The Service Operator informs that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect certain functionalities available on the Service’s websites.

Cookies placed on the User’s end device may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Service operator.

More information about cookies can be found on the website: www.allaboutcookies.org or in the “Help” section in the web browser menu.
