Payment

Our store offers several payment options to ensure a convenient and secure shopping experience. You can choose one of the following methods:

• Przelewy24 – fast online payments, including:
  • instant bank transfers
  • credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  • iDEAL – popular among customers from the Netherlands
• PayPal – secure payments with a card or PayPal account.
  Installment payment is available for international customers only via PayPal Pay in 3 (subject to PayPal’s credit assessment).
• Bank transfer – standard SEPA or international transfer.

Cash on delivery is not available.

In the payment reference, please include your order number received by email after confirming your purchase.

Delivery Time

The delivery time includes both the order processing time and the transport time. It depends on the availability of the parts in stock and is usually up to 12 business days. We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. If a product requires a longer delivery time (e.g. custom-made or painted parts), you will be informed individually about the estimated delivery date before shipping.

• DPD (courier, Pickup point, parcel locker): 3–5 business days
• GLS: 3–5 business days
• InPost: 3–4 business days
• DHL: 6–7 business days
• Raben Logistics: 4–7 business days
• Rohlig Suus Logistics: 5–7 business days
• Dachser: 4–7 business days

If your order contains several products with different delivery times, the shipment may be sent in one or several parcels – depending on product availability. We work with reputable courier companies to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time.
