We continuously strive to improve the standards of service and the security of personal data processed for our Clients. Therefore, we are implementing changes to align our Data Protection Policy with the requirements of the Act of July 18, 2002, on the provision of electronic services and the Act of July 16, 2004, Telecommunications Law, as well as the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR). - performance of the contract (pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) – to provide the Service;

- consent to the processing of personal data (pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) – in cases where it has been voluntarily given, especially for promotion and marketing of products or services offered by the Administrator, for sending commercial information via electronic means, as well as for the use of end telecommunications devices and automated calling systems for direct marketing purposes.
The recipients of your personal data – in accordance with applicable data protection laws – may include, in particular, authorized employees and associates of the Administrator, through whom the Service is provided, as well as other entities, if necessary to achieve the above purposes.
The anticipated period of data processing corresponds to the period of User registration on the Portal and the duration of the agreement between the User and the Service Provider, as well as the period of limitation for potential mutual claims arising from this agreement.
Therefore, your personal data may also be processed by entities based outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. In the case of such data transfer, the Administrator ensures that it is carried out in accordance with the GDPR regulations – by applying appropriate legal safeguards, such as:
- the conclusion of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission (SCC);
- or, in the case of data transfer to the USA – transferring it only to entities certified under the Data Privacy Framework (a program approved by the European Commission that sets out privacy protection rules for US companies processing EU citizens' data), which ensures an adequate level of data protection in accordance with the European Commission's Implementing Decision of July 10, 2023.
You have the right to:
- access your data,
- rectify, delete, restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing,
- withdraw consent to data processing at any time – without affecting the legality of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

The Administrator will respond without undue delay, no later than within 1 month from receiving the request.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if you believe that the data processing violates GDPR regulations.
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for registration on the Portal and for the provision of the Service by the Service Provider.
In the case of additional consent, the Administrator may send commercial information via electronic means – in accordance with the Act of July 18, 2002, on the provision of electronic services – to the provided email address or phone number.
Data entered into the form is transmitted using a secure SSL protocol.
The Administrator allows for the modification, change, or deletion of personal data by clicking the appropriate link, via email (sklep@lamiro.com.pl), or by postal mail – to the previously provided address of the Data Controller.

Cookies may be used by advertising networks, in particular the Google network, to display ads tailored to the way the User uses the Online Service. For this purpose, information regarding the User's navigation path or the duration of their stay on a given page may be preserved.
