GDPR INFORMATION CLAUSE

We are continuously raising the standards of service and security of our Customers' personal data. Therefore, we are implementing changes to align our Data Protection Policy with the requirements of the Act of July 18, 2002, on providing services by electronic means, and the Act of July 16, 2004, Telecommunications Law, as well as the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR). According to Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation, we inform you that:

Your personal data is processed to enable registration in the Portal, to provide the Service by the Administrator, and for purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator. This includes, in particular:

conducting statistical research,

handling complaints,

pursuing any claims,

The legal basis for the Administrator's processing of your personal data for the purposes indicated above is:

the performance of a contract (according to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),

the legitimate interest of the Administrator (according to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) – for the purpose of servicing, pursuing, and defending against mutual claims, including – in the case of your withdrawal from the contract, preventing fraud, and handling complaints;

consent to the processing of personal data (according to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) – in situations where consent is given for: the promotion and marketing of products or services offered by the Administrator, the transfer of commercial information electronically, the use of telephone end devices and automatic calling systems for direct marketing purposes,

Recipients of your personal data will be, in accordance with applicable laws regarding the protection of personal data, in particular: authorized employees and associates of the Administrator with the help of whom the Service is provided, or other entities when necessary for the realization of the above-mentioned purposes,

The expected period of processing your personal data corresponds to the duration of your registration in the Portal. Personal data is processed for the duration of the agreement between the User and the Service Provider, as well as until the expiration of mutual claims arising from the contract,

In connection with the above, your personal data may also be processed by entities outside the European Economic Area. The appropriate level of protection of your data, including through the use of appropriate safeguards, is ensured by the participation of these entities in the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, established by an executive decision of the European Commission as a set of principles guaranteeing adequate protection of your privacy.

You have the right to access your data, as well as the right to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent to data processing at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

The Administrator will respond to your request without undue delay, no later than within one month.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (GDPR).

Providing your personal data is voluntary and is a condition for registration in the Portal and the provision of the Service by the Service Provider.

If the User gives additional consent to receive commercial information electronically, the Administrator may send commercial information to the User in accordance with the Act of July 18, 2002, on the provision of electronic services (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219), using electronic communication means, in particular by sending commercial information to the email address or mobile phone number provided by the User.

The transfer of personal data entered in the form is carried out using a secure SSL protocol. The Administrator provides you with the ability to change, modify, or delete your personal data by: clicking the appropriate link, contacting via email at: sklep@lamiro.com.pl, or by postal mail to the previously provided address of the Data Administrator.

Cookies

While browsing the websites of the Online Service, "cookies" are used, which are small text information stored on the User's end device related to using the Online Service. Their use aims to ensure the correct functioning of the websites of the Online Service.

The "cookies" used by the Administrator are safe for the User's devices. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malicious software to infiltrate Users' devices through this method. These files allow identifying the software used by Users and customizing the Online Service individually for each User. "Cookies" usually contain the name of the domain from which they originate, the time of their storage on the device, and the assigned value.

The Administrator uses two types of "cookies":

Session cookies: These are stored on the User's device while using the Online Service and remain there until the session of the given browser ends. The saved information is then permanently deleted from the memory of the User's device. The session cookie mechanism does not allow for retrieving any personal data or confidential information from the User's device.

Persistent cookies: These are stored on the User's device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending the session of the given browser or turning off the device does not result in their deletion from the User's device. The persistent cookie mechanism does not allow for retrieving any personal data or confidential information from the User's device.

The Administrator uses "cookies" for the following purposes:

configuration of the Online Service;

Promotion of the Website through the social network Facebook.com, which is administered by Facebook Inc. based in the USA or Facebook Ireland based in Ireland. We recommend reading the privacy policies of the aforementioned companies to understand the rules regarding the use of cookies.

Cookies may be used by advertising networks, in particular, the Google network, to display ads tailored to how the User uses the Website. To this end, information about the User's navigation path or the time spent on a particular page may be retained.

Regarding information about the User's preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the User can review and edit information resulting from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/.

The User may independently change the settings regarding cookies at any time, specifying the conditions for their storage and access by cookies to the User's device. The changes mentioned in the previous sentence can be made using the web browser settings or the service configuration. These settings can be changed in particular to block automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to notify the User each time they are placed on the User's device. For analytical purposes, we use Google Analytics, which collects information about your behavior on our site through cookies. The information obtained this way (including the user's IP address) is transmitted to Google Inc. servers in the USA, where it is stored. Using the data collected, Google evaluates traffic on the Site, prepares reports on activity on the Site, and offers other services related to the use of the Site. We know that Google may share information with third parties as required by law or when third parties process such data on behalf of Google. Google ensures that the user's IP address will not be linked to other data from Google Inc.
