The expected period of processing your personal data corresponds to the duration of your registration in the Portal. Personal data is processed for the duration of the agreement between the User and the Service Provider, as well as until the expiration of mutual claims arising from the contract,
In connection with the above, your personal data may also be processed by entities outside the European Economic Area. The appropriate level of protection of your data, including through the use of appropriate safeguards, is ensured by the participation of these entities in the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, established by an executive decision of the European Commission as a set of principles guaranteeing adequate protection of your privacy.
You have the right to access your data, as well as the right to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent to data processing at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
