Halloween Promotion Terms and Conditions

§1. General Provisions
1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules of participation in the "Halloween Promotion", hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion", organized by LAMIRO S.C., with its registered office in Lipka, ul. Jadowska 22, Poland, VAT ID: PL1250840291, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
2. The Promotion is held in the online store Lamiro24.com from 21 November 2025 to 5 December 2025.
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. The Promotion does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to submit offers.

§2. Promotion Rules
1. The Promotion consists of granting a 10% discount on the net price of selected products included in the Promotion.
2. The discount applies to all customers of the store, both new and returning, regardless of account type (registered customer, guest, or visitor).
3. For customers who already benefit from individual discounts, the total combined discount (individual + promotional) may not exceed 25% of the net product value.
4. Products that were not previously subject to any discounts are exceptionally reduced by 5% of their net value during the Promotion period.
5. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

§3. Limitations and Exclusions
1. The Promotion applies only to selected products available in the store’s offer.
2. The number of promotional products is limited and depends on stock availability.
3. The Promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or special offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the terms of another promotion.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms of the Promotion, suspend it, or terminate it at any time without prior notice and without providing reasons, while respecting the rights already acquired by customers.
5. The Organizer shall not be liable for technical errors, website malfunctions, incorrect discount calculations, or events of force majeure.

§4. Complaints
1. Any complaints regarding the Promotion should be sent by e-mail to shop@lamiro.com.pl within 14 days from the end date of the Promotion.
2. Complaints will be reviewed by the Organizer within 14 business days of receipt.
3. The Organizer’s decision regarding the complaint is final and binding.

§5. Final Provisions
1. Any matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and other applicable laws.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to interpret the provisions of these Terms and Conditions in cases of doubt or dispute.
3. The regulations enter into force on 21 November 2025 and remain in effect until 5 December 2025.
