General Information

You have the right to return a purchased product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery – without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • unused
  • undamaged
  • packaged in its original packaging

Non-returnable Products

In accordance with applicable regulations, we do not accept returns of:

  • custom-made parts (e.g. non-standard parts, custom laminates)
  • products damaged due to improper installation
  • items without original packaging
  • products returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • items showing signs of use

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email or phone regarding approval or rejection of your return.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date we receive the product, using the same payment method used for the purchase, or another compensation method chosen by the customer.

Discounted Products

Only products purchased at the regular price are eligible for return.

Promotional or clearance items are non-returnable.

Exchanges

We only replace products in case of damage or manufacturer defect.

In the subject line, please include EXCHANGE and your order number.

Attach photos of the damage to your message. We will provide information about the availability of the requested product in further communication.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift card equal to the value of the returned item. Once we receive the product, we will send you a code for use on your next order.

If the gift was ordered by someone else (and sent to them), the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will be informed of the return.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs will be reimbursed only if the return is justified (approved as valid). Sending an item back without notifying us in advance will result in no refund of the return shipping cost.

Lamiro is not responsible for items lost in transit.
