General Information

You have the right to withdraw from this contract and return a purchased product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.

Effects of withdrawal: If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery type), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return Instructions

To start a return process, please follow these steps:

• Go to your Order History and click on Order details for the relevant order.
• Select the products you wish to return and indicate the quantity.
• Provide a short explanation (optional) and click Request a return.

Once your request is submitted, you will receive an email confirming the status: Return Pending. If your return is approved, a Return Form will appear in the section Product Returns – please download, print, and include it with the parcel.

Important: Please ensure the item is securely packaged for return. For a full refund, it is important that you return the product in its original condition and complete. If we receive the product damaged or incomplete, we may deduct an appropriate amount from the refund to cover the loss in value.

Non-returnable Products (Legal Exceptions)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized,
• the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly,
• the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery,
• the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items,
• the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been broken after delivery,
• the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines except for subscription contracts.

Refunds

After receiving and checking the returned product, we will notify you by email or phone whether your refund has been approved. Once approved, we will issue the refund within 14 business days of receiving the product.

Exchanges

We only replace products in case of damage or manufacturer defect. To request an exchange, please contact us at shop@lamiro.com.pl with the subject line EXCHANGE and your order number. Please include photos of the issue in your message.
